Is LexoSign free to use?

Do I need to create an account?
No account needed! Use any tool instantly without signing up. Create an account only if you want usage tracking, saved preferences, or Pro features.
What browsers are supported?
LexoSign works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera. Mobile browsers on iOS and Android are fully supported too.

What's the file size limit?
Free: 100MB per file
Pro: 1GB per file
Business: 2GB per file
No limits on number of pages within files.
How many files can I process daily?
Free users: 10 files/day. Pro users: Unlimited. Business/Enterprise: Unlimited with priority processing and batch operations.
What file types are supported?
PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), images (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP), HTML, EPUB, and more.
Security & Privacy
Are my files secure?
Absolutely. All uploads use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Files are processed in isolated containers and automatically deleted after 30 minutes.
Do you store my documents?
No. We never store, view, or share your files. All documents are auto-deleted within 30 minutes of processing. We're fully GDPR compliant.
Can I use LexoSign for sensitive documents?
Yes. All files are encrypted with 256-bit AES and transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. Documents are automatically deleted after processing and never stored permanently.

Are LexoSign signatures legally binding?
Yes. Our electronic signatures comply with ESIGN Act (US), eIDAS (EU), and other international e-signature laws. Legally enforceable worldwide.
How many free signatures do I get?
Free users get 3 signature requests per month. Pro users get unlimited signatures with audit trails and advanced features.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Google Pay. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice/wire transfer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your dashboard. No cancellation fees. Your plan continues until the end of the billing period.
